The City of Bremerton and the Downtown Bremerton Association are proud to present the Grand Opening Festival of Quincy Square, taking place July 12–13, 2025 in the heart of Downtown Bremerton.

Located on 4th Street and Pacific Avenue, Quincy Square honors the legacy of Quincy Jones—music icon, film producer, and civil rights advocate—who first discovered his passion for music in Bremerton as a young boy. The square’s design, inspired by the keys of a piano, pays tribute to his creative spirit and enduring influence on global culture.

The two-day festival will officially mark the opening of this transformational public space with performances, community art, and cultural programming.

Festival Highlights Include:

  • Live performances from renowned artists Grace Love and Eugenie Jones

  • A formal Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Saturday at 12:00 PM

  • More than 60 vendors, artists, and small businesses hosted in collaboration with the Black Night Market

  • Food trucks, installations, and engaging art experiences for all ages

  • Spoken word and live music on the newly constructed outdoor bandstand

  • A striking new mural by KaDavien Baylor celebrating Quincy Jones and his iconic collaborators

Join us for a meaningful and joyful weekend as we celebrate a new chapter for Downtown Bremerton. Admission is free and open to the public.
