This powerful concert will honor Quincy’s legendary career spanning over seven decades, from his groundbreaking work as a composer, arranger, and producer to his influence across jazz, pop, film scores, and beyond.
Through live performances from exceptional local and national artists, we’ll journey through the sounds that shaped generations—celebrating the genius behind hits by Michael Jackson, Ray Charles, Ella Fitzgerald, and countless others. The evening will feature reimagined renditions of Quincy’s most beloved works, along with stories and reflections on his deep connection to Bremerton and his global cultural impact.
Presented in partnership with the World Theatre Foundation and the Roxy Theatre Foundation, this concert is part of the launch of Quincy Square—a new cultural district honoring his legacy and inspiring the next generation of artists.

As a founding member of Take 6, Chea has contributed to the group's ten Grammy Awards and numerous other accolades, including Dove Awards and a Soul Train Award. Beyond his work with Take 6,
Chea's versatile voice has graced countless film and television soundtracks, and he's known for his iconic voice-over work, such as the memorable "I want my baby-back ribs" jingle for Chili's. Chea inspires and thrills audiences worldwide with his deep tones and musical artistry
Oya is a powerhouse vocalist whose soulful blend of jazz, R&B/Soul, and gospel has captivated audiences around the globe. From sharing the stage with legends like David Foster to opening for greats such as Brian McKnight, Eric Benét, and Freda Payne, her performances uplift the spirit and leave a lasting impact.
Reggie Goings is a dynamic jazz vocalist whose rich baritone and soulful style have made him a cornerstone of the Seattle jazz scene since 1986. Originally from Texas, Goings is known for his masterful interpretations of jazz standards, blues, and bebop, drawing comparisons to legends like Lou Rawls and Nat King Cole. A longtime host of the “Seattle Jazz Offering” at Tula’s Jazz Club, he has performed with top artists including Hadley Caliman, Phil Sparks, and the Seattle Repertory Jazz Orchestra. Recently featured in the Within/Earshot Jazz Festival and a PBS special (Reggie Goings and Friends), he continues to thrill audiences with his timeless voice and commanding presence.
