We, the undersigned, agree that the proposed naming of Bremerton’s 4th Street as Quincy Jones Way will be a credit to our community and its history. The official naming of this area of Bremerton will honor the legacy of Quincy Jones and our connection with his life’s work. The establishment and development of Quincy Square on Quincy Jones Way will help us create a cultural, music and arts center and re-energize our downtown, a project that Quincy Jones is “honored and humbled” by. We encourage the City of Bremerton to join us and take the official step to rename 4th Street as Quincy Jones Way.
